Atlas Anesthesia charges a set fee to our patients and payment is due prior to the date of service.
Billing and Related Questions
Our anesthesiologists are not employed by the dental facilities where services are provided. Therefore, you will receive a separate invoice from us for anesthesia services. For questions regarding your bill, please contact our office at (541)241-2230.
Insurance
Most insurance companies do not cover our service. For this reason, Atlas Anesthesia is not contracted with commercial insurance companies and does not bill insurance. However, if you are privately insured and would like to file a claim with your insurance company, we will provide you with a detailed receipt after the procedure for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
It is important to know that your insurance company may provide complete, partial or no coverage. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, please contact your insurance company directly. The medical procedure code is 00170.
